Circulatory System of Frog Circulatory system transports all the nutrients to the different parts of the body. They are involved in the transport of nutrients, hormones, transport oxygen to various body parts and carries the waste CO2 from the different [arts to the excretory organs. The circulatory system of frog includes the heart, blood vessels together with the fluid blood. It distributes the digested food and oxygen to different parts of the body to release energy to carry out life activities. The heart is a chambered muscular structure that forces the blood to circulate constantly through the closed system of tubular elastic blood vessels. The heart of frog is a dark coloured conical muscular organ situated ventrally to the liver in the pericardial cavity along the mid ventral line at the level of fore limbs. It is enclosed in two membranes, an outer pericardium and an inner epicardium.Between these two membranes a pericardial fluid is found which prevents friction and keeps the heart moist. The blood vessels which carry the oxygenated blood away from the heart to different parts of the body are called arteries. The arteries divide into the thinner arterioles which branch into extremely thin and small capillaries forming a network in all body tissues except cartilage and epithelium. From the capillaries the blood passes into thin venules which combine to form veins. Veins carry deoxygenated blood towards the heart so that it may be transported to the respiratory organs for the oxygenation. All blood does not pass through capillaries into venules but also passes through some channels and arterio venous anastomoses directly from arterioles into venules. The arteries along with their branches constitute arterial system where as the veins along with their fine tubes form the venous system.

So where do you fit in?   For those of us who have a musical background, it may seem crazy to think that there are so many people out there who havent felt the excitement of playing a song for the first time, the gratification of learning a new language (music!) or the electricity of harmonizing with another musician.   If youve never felt that, whats holding you back? We recently came across a great article from the Music Made Easy blog comparing learning music to traveling and exploring somewhere new, which is the perfect way to think about it.   It can definitely feel like that for the beginner musician but that shouldnt stop you.   It just requires careful preparation and a road map, of sorts. Now that you have your business cards printed up and your resume completed, what do you do with them? Heres part two of the article Marketing is defined as “the action or business of promoting and selling products or services.” Now that you have your branded promotional materials (headshot, resume, website, business card and reel), you need to get people to see it. There are many ways as a performer that you can promote yourself, but there are a few common ways to get started. First, you can submit your information when it is asked for. You may be asking yourself, “When is this asked for?” The answer is in an audition posting. Lately, there has been a trend where the casting director will sift through submissions of headshots, resumes, and/or reels, before he or she even offers a singer/actor an audition appointment. Your headshot should be sized appropriately so that the file is not too big in your web submission or email. You can talk to your photographer about getting your headshots in both higher pixels and lower pixels for different uses. Next question you are probably wondering is, “Where are these audition postings?” Each city will have different websites where theater and opera companies post auditions. Also, backstage.com is a great resource for finding auditions in your state or around the country. Second, you can unobtrusively hand your information to industry professionals. Business Cards: If you happen to meet someone in the industry, and they want to see something you’ve done or tell you that you should keep in touch, this is a great time to whip out your business card and have all your information neatly presented on the card. Postcards/Thank You Notes: If you attend an audition and have a great experience, it is common for performers to send a thank you note or a postcard thanking the casting director and personnel for their time. Now, you may be thinking: “Postcard?” This is a good thing for you to question because it is not just any postcard. This particular postcard should have your headshot and information on the front, and a blank postcard form with lines on the back. You can buy these at most photo printing stores or online at reproductions.com or vistaprint.com Mailings: Many performers mail their headshot and resume with a short cover letter to casting directors or agents. You never know when they are looking to cast someone like you, and your mailing may come at just the right time. Lastly, the best marketing comes from word-of-mouth. The best promotion you can obtain is someone who highly recommends you and wants to work with you again. To secure these kinds of recommendations, consider these tips: Always be a professional: arrive early, have all your materials (pencil, paper, music, script, etc.), and look over the scenes or songs you will work on before the rehearsal. Maintain the relationships you develop with the creative team and peers:  Sometimes it is easy to be catty and critical, however, try to see the good in everyone and foster your relationships.  You never know who you will work with next or what opportunity may arise from your peers. Well, Ive got some ways to finish an email in English.I have to admit, this is not the most exciting thing Ive ever done, but these are really practical suggestions for you. Its amazing how many times people ask me: How do I start and how do I end an email in English?So were going to focus today on the end of the email.Its not the same as a letter because in most cases, letters are quite formal. But when were using email, even if were using them to the boss or somebody a little bit more important than ourselves then its always informal.   10 Ways to Finish an Email in English Some of it is the same as we use them letters, but sometimes its different and sometimes people dont sign off on their emails at all.So the first one is just the word REGARDS.So youve finished whatever youre saying and then you just put regards, Harry. So its just a very, very simple way.Usually that means that you know the person reasonably well.Number two is a little bit similar to number one. Here were using the expression BEST REGARDS or KIND REGARDS.Now, this is very similar to the letter format, but again, its about people that you know, and it might be somebody on a personal level rather than on a business email.Best regards, HarryKind regards, DadBest regards, MumWere just giving the person our best wishes for whatever we have happened to tell them. So I say its very, very informal but you dont like to sign off too formally. So you want to give something less formal but not too informal. Now here again, this is impersonal in some ways. You dont know the person so well that definitely not a close friend, that definitely not a member of your family, but theres somebody that you, you wish again to be polite so best wishes Harry.So it could be to members of your team in the office. It could be something, somebody thats is supplying you with some particular service.  Or indeed, it could be somebody that you are dealing with in a business and theyre no l onger going to be your account manager or theyre no longer going to be the main contact in that business.  So you write them a nice note to say:Oh, its been great working for you over the last few years.
